Localities :
An exceptional site :The Zotzenberg basin lies on the south flank of the Mittelbergheim hillside, rising to an altitude of 320 metres. Favoured varietals :Formerly renowned mainly for its Sylvaner, this vineyard enables Gewurztraminer, Riesling and Tokay Pinot Gris wines to become exceptionally expressive. Within living memory...Initially known as Zoczenberg (1364), Zotzenberg wines have the rare privilege of being sold under the vineyard name ever since the beginning of the century. Typical characteristics :Thanks to their limestone-marl origin, Zotzenberg Grand Cru wines are famous for their great finesse and exceptional body, and are wines which will keep for many years.
