For 8 persons :                                                    

Ingredients :

300 grams sweetened short pastry,
500 grams fresh fermented white cheese,
2 deciliter fresh cream,                                                        
4 fresh eggs,
200 grams caster sugar
1 soupspoon white flour,
1 pinch salt.

Préparation :

Flaten the dough in the pie tin,
Pre bake the dough for approx. 5 minutes in a mid warm oven,
Mix in a separate bowl, the white cheese, the sugar, the salt and the flour,

Add after the cream and at last the eggse,

To avoid any lump, mix following strictly the indicated sequence.
Pour the obtained mixture in the pie tin,
Let bake in the oven at 200°Celsius for about 45 minutes.

With this Cheese pie you will enjoy a Pinot Blanc, a Riesling or a Gewurztraminer.
