Gewurztraminer is ideal as aperitif, but also with exotic cookings (Asian, Mexican, Indian), cheeses and the desserts.

Pinot Noir is the only Alsatian variety of grapes producing either red or rosé wines, characteristically fruity with hints of cherry. It can easily be aged in oak casks.

Delicate and lively, sparkling wine made according to the traditional method, as in Champagne, of mainly Pinot Blanc, but also Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir or Chardonnay.
The Crémant Rosé, more rare is made of Pinot Noir.
